Document Description
Project will involve installing one new 60,000-80,000 gallon water tank on state property with the associated supply lines. Minor trenching and backfilling will be required to repair existing pipes and/or install new pipes from the well to the new water tank. A concrete pad for the new tank will be constructed in the same area as the existing pad but the area will need to be increased in size due to the seismic restrictions of the new tank. The existing area will need to be enlarged from its current configuration to hold the larger bolt together tank. No timberland conversion will occur as a result of the project. During the work required to install the water tank, build the structure, and repair associated water pipes, less than 1 acre of soil will be disrupted. Disrupted areas will be backfilled to original grade, which will prevent any changes in drainage patterns of erosions.
