Project is limited to routine maintenance activities within the City of Novato. Routine maintenance activities shall be defined as those activities periodically scheduled and implemented necessary to maintain the water transport capacity of stream channels and maintain the structural and functioning integrity of existing flood control and sediment detention structures on or affecting streams. Issuance of a Lakebed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0032-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
