CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0269-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the City of Sutter Creek. Project is limited to removing an existing 3-span bridge and replacing it with a 2-span cast-in-place reinforced concrete bridge. Existing supports will be excavated from the channel and will be replaced with a mid-pier support. Water will be diverted through the work area through temporary culverts/pipes during construction. Approx. 0.475 acre of streambed will be temporarily disturbed by project activities.
