Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. This Project will connect East Natoma Street in Folsom to Sophia Parkway in El Dorado Hills. The Project consists of: 1) widening Green Valley Road between East Natoma Street and Sophia Parkway; and 2) replacing four existing culverts. The Project will permanently impact 0.45 acre/89 linear feet and temporarily impact 0.31 acre of waters of the U.S and permanently impact 0.01 acre/28 linear feet and temporarily impact 0.02 acre/40 linear feet of waters of the state.
