Document Description
Construction of new 30,000 sf, two story classroom building adjacent to south side of the present academic core. An existing parking lot would be upgraded and new landscaping would be installed. Project construction, which would take place approximately 12-14 months from start to finish, would be initiated during mid-summer 2015, with completion projected by early Fall 2016, and opening thereafter for the Fall 2016 semester. The proposed project would provide facilities for approximately 375 new attendees. The new building and associated components are intended to accommodate present and projected student growth within the community.
