Document Description
Development of a new 30,000 sf, two-story classroom building with 14 classrooms and associated facilities for 375 new students that would be adjacent to the south side of present academic core. The existing parking lot and internal road would be upgraded along with installation of new landscaping. Project construction would be initiated in early to mid-summer 2015 and would take about 12-14 months to complete. Occupancy has been scheduled for the Fall 2016 semester.
