Pursuant to County Code Section 325-9, the applicant has submitted an exception request for a reduced right of way width for Hazel Avenue A Special Permit is required for a Less Than 3-Acre Conversion Exception to remove trees on the property. The parcels will be served with community water and sewer by the Humboldt Community Services District.
