Document Description
TRLIA is proposing to create approximately 17 acres of elderberry shrubland, 120 acres of mixed riparian forest, 65 acres of riparian scrubland, 85 acres of valley oak woodland, and 216 acres of perennial grasslands habitat in the Feather River Levee Setback Area, and to establish the area as a mitigation bank which can be used by entities that are implementing future Central Valley Flood Protection Plan levee and floodway projects and State Plan of Flood Control operations and maintenance activities for impacts to riparian and oak woodland communities and Swainson's hawk foraging habitat.
