Addendum No. 2 updates the Project's first Addendum certified by the Board on December 10, 2019, to include two minor revisions identified by County Department of Transportation staff following certification of the Final EIR and first Addendum. The minor changes identified in Addendum No. 2 do not result in any new significant or substantially more severe environmental impacts beyond those already addressed in the Final EIR and first Addendum. The NOD for the EIR and first Addendum is attached.
