This addendum updates the Mosquito Road Bridge Replacement Project Final EIR certified by the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors on August 8, 2017, to include four minor clarifications/revisions identified by county Department of Transportation staff since certification of the final EIR. The minor changes identified in the Addendum do not result in any new significant or substantially more severe environmental impacts beyond those already addressed in the final EIR.
