The applicant is requesting a CUP to construct an unmanned wireless telecommunication facility. The facility includes a 100-foot tall steel monopole with a non-reflective exterior finish that will support up to twelve panel antennas mounted at the 97 ft elevation, and the co-location of future carriers. The facility also include a prefabricated equipment shelter, a 30 kW standby diesel generator, overhead power utility lines, and associated equipment. The facility will be situated within a 40-ft. x 60-ft. (2,400 sf) lease area surrounded with a 6-ft tall chain link fence with 3 strands of barbed wire and rust/red color vinyl privacy slats.
