Document Description
A CUP to construct a wireless telecommunication facility that includes an 80-foot tall (with an additional 5 feet of branches) monopine tower, nine panel antennas (3 per sector) mounted at the 76 ft. elevation, two microwave antennas mounted at the 36-ft. elevation, a prefabricated equipment shelter, underground power, and associated equipment (and possibly a standby generator). The ground equipment facility will be situated within a 50 ft x 45 ft (2,250 sf) lease area that will surrounded with a 6-ft tall chain link fence with privacy slats. The monopine will be located outside the fenced area. Access to the facility will be provided by a 10-12 ft wide driveway from Royal Oaks Drive.
