Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed a major amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0036-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of San Mateo Public Works Department. The major amendment is limited to modifying on-site mitigation requirements to a nearby off-site location due to utility complications. Permanent impacts to perennial wetland habitat at the Poplar Avenue Pump Station will be mitigated by incorporating 0.134 acre of excess perennial wetland mitigation at Coyote Point Pump Station site (Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0037-R3)
