Authorize issuance of a General Lease - Industrial Use to Georgia-Pacific Gypsum, LLC, beginning June 28, 2016, for a term of 10 years, for continued use, maintenance and operation of an existing industrial facility which includes filled land improved with an internal road, open stockpile area, elevated conveyor system, fencing, electrical service, a portion of a storm water discharge pipeline, concrete bulkhead, rock berm and other appurtenant facilities; and unfilled land improved with a vehicle bridge, a conveyor system, a portion of a storm water discharge pipeline; portions of a bulkhead and rock berm; and removal installation, and repair of industrial wharf components The State Lands Commission action is an acceptance of quitclaim deed and issuance of a 10-year General Lease - Industrial Use through June 27, 2026.
