Document Description
The Project includes the removal of the existing shopping center sign and the addition of a new pylon structure with a light Emitting Diode Display. The LED Display Sign would be 694 sf of sign area per face with an overall height of 60 feet from the top of the entry slab. The Pylon sign would have both the LED display sign and displays with static images. The dimensions of the electronic display would be 14 feet 3 inches and 48 feet and 5 inches in width. The proposed Project includes a revenue share agreement between the City of Manteca and the Project Applicant and a Planned Development Permit Amendment. The proposed LED Display Sign with offsite advertisement is permitted by the Manteca Municipal Code Section 17.54.115.
