Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0047-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, South Placer Municipal Utility District.
Project includes the installation of a sewer pipeline along Aguilar Creek to replace an existing, deteriorating pipeline between El Don Drive and Secret Ravine. One segment of the pipeline would cross an oxbow channel along the creek west of Aguilar Road, and another segment would cross a man-made pond along the creek between Arrowhead Drive and El Don Dr., requiring installation of a temporary dam (sand/clay bags) along the pond (although water is not likely to be present during construction). The pipeline would cross Aguilar Creek beneath an existing culvert in Aguilar Road; the culvert would not be affected by pipeline installation (trenchless construction methods would be used.
