Document Description
The project site is currently developed with nine one- and two-story buildings occupied by office, commercial, and residential uses, in addition to paved parking areas and landscaping. The project proposes to demolish the nine existing buildings on site and construct a single four-story, 111,443 sf office building, surface parking, and landscape areas. The proposed vehicular access to the project site would occur at North Shoreline Boulevard, Terra Bella Avenue, and Linda Vista Avenue. An alternative site plan proposes vehicular access to the project site from Terra Bella Avenue and Linda Vista Avenue with no access from North Shoreline Boulevard. A total of 117 trees would be removed, including 33 Heritage trees and 5 street trees, and replaced with 253 new trees. The proposed project requires a Tentative Parcel Map to merge nine parcels into one.
