Document Description
The proposed project consists of modernization of three existing facilities (South County Corporation yard, Lake Chabot Service Yard, and Public Safety Headquarters) and associated utility improvements, on an approximately 7 acre developed area of the 133.06-acre Lake Chabot Campus of the East Bay Regional Park District. The project would modernize the facilities but would not change the current/existing operations (District Police, Fire and Life Guard Services; servicing of District vehicles and equipment; and operations and maintenance support to Lake Chabot Regional Park) or number of employees at the existing Lake Chabot Campus.
