Document Description
The Master Plan yielded a preferred site plan and a series of capital projects, including replacement of existing facilities, to be phased over the next 20 or more years at the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP). Many of the existing buildings and processes would be decommissioned and replaced with new buildings and processes. This CEQA Addendum updated project refinements for two projects in the Master Plan, the Site Preparation and Existing Plant Rehabilitation Proiects.
