Document Description
The Master Plan yielded a preferred site plan and a series of capital improvement projects, including replacement of existing and construction of new facilities, to be phased in over the next 20 or more years at and near the WPCP. Many of the existing buildings and processes at the WPCP site would be decommissioned and replaced with new buildings and processes. Improvements planned outside of the main plant area include construction of basins and tanks for emergency water storage and relocation of Bay Trail access to Caribbean Drive.
