A Variance application no. PA-1500070 of Lincoln Properties, LTD. to vary the requirements of the Development Title to permit additional signs and to reduce the required setback for signs and walls within an existing shopping center in the community commercial zone in two phases over 5 years.
Phase 1 includes:
- construction of two additional signs and two replacement sings
- increasing the max permitted height of three walls from 3 ft to 6 ft
- increasing the max permitted ht of 1 wall from 3 ft to 9 ft
- reducing the required setback from 5 ft from future right of way lines to 0 ft for 1 monument sign
Phase 2 includes:
- construction of 2 additional poles for a single archway sign extending across the right of way for Benjamin Holt Drive
- reducing the required setback from 5 ft from future right of way lines to 0 ft for the archway sign poles.
