Document Description
The project consists of improvements to approximately 0.9 miles of roadway between Power Center Drive and Oak Avenue Parkway on East Bidwell Street. The completed project will widen East Bidwell Street to the north between Power Center Drive and Oak Avenue Parkway to provide three thru-lanes and a Class II bike lane. The project will also include pavement rehabilitation consisting of grinding out and replacing failed pavement sections, microsurfacing Nesmith Court and East Bidwell Street between Power Center Drive and Scholar Way, and constructing a 2-inch AC overlay of the roadway from 200 feet west of Oak Avenue Parkway to Scholar Way.
