Document Description
The proposed project consists of an Out-of-Boundary Service Agreement to provide potable water services to properties located within Oakdale Irrigation District (OID) Improvement District No. 41, an area within the City's Sphere of Influence, but not within the City limits. The project also consist of the installation of improvements necessary to connect the subject properties to the City's water system, and specifically, a 14-inch water line located in Crane Road.
