Document Description
The Permittee proposes to decommission the three submarine pipeline river crossings (Line 114, Line 114-1, and Line SP4Z). The project will encompass three separate work sites, at the north and south landings, and within (below the surface) of the San Joaquin River itself. The underwater work component of this project within the San Joaquin River, is approx. 3,520 feet long by 12 feet wide for an overall disturbance of 42,228 sq. ft. or 0.97 acre. Work is expected to take approx. 60 days for all three locations. CDFW is executing Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0128-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Chris Ellis, Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
