Document Description
The proposed project would demolish all existing structures, in addition to parking lots, landscaping, trees, and driveways on the 5.15 acre project site. Following site clearing, the project proposes to realign and reconfigure Mora Drive and construct 75 three-story rowhouses, new courtyards, landscaping, and utility infrastructure along with a 0.45-acre public park. The project site is included on a list of hazardous materials sites compiled pursuant to Government Code Section 65962.5 (Cortese List). Current remediation efforts are being overseen by DTSC.
