- Document Description
- The proposed Project consists of various wharf improvements to Shell Oil Company's marine oil terminal at Berths 167-169 on Mormon Island, in order to comply with MOTEMS. In general, the proposed Project would demolish the existing timber wharf and replace the structure with new loading platforms, topside equipment, access trestles (to the platforms), mooring dolphins and catwalks; and pipeline and pipeline support improvements along the terminal. The proposed project also includes implementation of a source control program to minimize the potential for petroleum product releases to the environment, and a new lease for a total of 30 years.
