Document Description
A Vesting Tentative Tract Map for the demolition of two tenant occupied, apartment buildings (6 units total) and the construction, use, and maintenance of ten, three-story, Small Lot homes. Two parking spaces will be provided on the ground floor level of each proposed residence, and a total of two shared guest parking spaces will be provided within the rear yard of the entire subdivision, for a total of twelve parking spaces located on-site. The project will involve the removal nine, on-site, unprotected trees that have a truck diameter of at least eight inches. The proposed project requires the approval of a Vesting Tentative Tract Map for the creation of ten small lots.
