Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0001-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District. The project is limited to the construction, operation, and maintenance of an underground storm drain system to collect tributary flows from the watershed roughly bounded by the I-10/UPPR on the north, Hargrave Avenue to the west, Wesley Street to the south, and South Hathaway Street to the east with an outlet into Smith Creek about 400 feet east of the eastern terminus of Wesley Street. A wing wall outlet structure and riprap apron will be constructed at the outlet structure. The wing wall outlet structure will require removal and reconstruction of the existing concrete slope protection at Smith Creek.
