CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0247-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District). The South Norco Channel, Stage 6, Norco MDP Line S-1, and Line S-5 project encompasses approx. 2.05 acres and include the conversion of the earthen channel to a concrete-lined and cobble-bottom channel, and operation of two underground storm drain pipes, S-1 and S-5, that would connect from the South Norco Channel.
