Document Description
GPA No. 2015-001:
Amendment Area No. 1 consists of a change of General Plan Land Use designation from Low Density Residential (R-VLD) to Open Space Recreation (OS-R) for a two acre portion of Lenny Brewster Sports Complex, which is a forty acre park. The park has split land use designations and this amendment will create a consistent land use for the facility and allow for future improvements on the site that, due to its existing land use designation, are not currently permitted.
