Document Description
The proposed Project consists of the demolition of existing structures and the construction of two tilt up warehouse buildings at the southwest corner of Slover Avenue in the City of Fontana. Building #1 is 39,220 sf and Building #2 is 33,800 sf. These facilities are proposed to house a metals recovery and refining operation operated by the Arrow Recovery Group, and would be located in an area that was previously used for industrial purposes and is highly disturbed.
