Document Description
Project includes a Specific Plan Amendment PEN16-0001 (P15-036) and a Tentative Parcel Map 36150 PEN16-0007 (PA15-0018) for the development of the Moreno Valley Logistics Center. The Logistics Center will include four Plot Plans, PEN16-0003-PEN16-0006 (PA15-0014-PA16-0017) for the construction of 4 industrial buildings on 89.4 acres. The buildings will range in size from 97,222 sq. ft. up to approx. 1.3 million sq. ft., with a total combined floor area of 1,736,180 sq. ft. The project site is located between Indian Street and Heacock Street, south of Krameria Avenue to the Perris Valley Storm Drain.
