Document Description
The proposed project consists of Major Subdivisions on two vacant parcels totaling 3.64 acres in the unincorporated community of Tres Pinos. The 2.9 acre northern subdivision, located to the north of Southside Road, would include 16 lots for single-family residential use. The 0.75 acre southern subdivision, located to the south of Southside Road, would include five single-family residential lots. As a whole, the project would result in 21 single-family residential lots on the project site.
