Conserve water, energy, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions through: 1) Pilot In-lieu Project-increase delivery of wet period water to approximately 1,062 acres of vineyards currently relying on groundwater, and integration of the existing groundwater wells into AEWSD's irrigation and power systems; 2) Sycamore Check Improvement Project-modernize and restore capacity upstream of a key check structure by raising lining of ptn of canal to better regulate and conserve water; 3) Increase promotion of NRCS EQIP to AEWSD customers. Conserve 15653 AF/yr
