Document Description
The project involves the repair, maintenance, and replacement of the Shelter Island Boat Launch Facility (SIBLF) launch ramp, jetties (including public walkways), gangways, and floating docks, as well as minor improvements to the kayak launching area, restrooms, and parking. The project would not increase the number of lanes comprising the SIBLF. The State Lands Commission action is an amendment of a 28-year General Lease - June 28, 2016, through June 28, 2044.
