Minor modifications to the project's construction limits, including temporary use of a 0.25 acre dry beach and 34 additional parking spaces for construction lay-down, and identification of a vessel maneuvering area. An Addendum was prepared to the Final MND adopted by the District on Jan. 12, 2016. An Amendment was prepared for the Coastal Development Permit issued by the District on Nov. 7, 2016 (CDP-2016-08; District Clerk #65802). No changes to footprint, design, or method of construction are proposed. The Addendum is available at the District office, 3165 PAcific Hwy, San Diego, CA 92101
