An Addendum was prepared to the Final MND adopted by the District on Jan. 12, 2016. An Amendment was prepared for the Coastal Development Permit issued by the District on Nov. 7, 2016 (CDP-2016-08; District Clerk #65802). No changes to footprint, design, or method of construction are proposed. The Addendum is available at the District office, 3165 PAcific Hwy, San Diego, CA 92101
