Document Description
The project includes demolition of existing uses and implementation of The Enclave at Upland Specific Plan (SP) on 19.04 gross acres and will facilitate the development of up to 350 dwelling units and 0.83 acres of private recreational and park space. The SP provides residential development standards for a variety of attached and detached product types ranging from 12 to 20 dwelling units per acre, along with a variety of architectural styles and landscape guidelines. Demolition is anticipated to begin in Spring 2017 followed by site preparation and grading. Construction of 12 models are anticipated for Fall 2017. Construction of the remaining homes will being in late 2017.
