Document Description
The project modifications include the re-establishment of one surface parking area on approx. 1/3-acre with 16 parking spaces on N. Lemon Street, immediately south of the proposed Metrolink Parking Structure (130 N. Lemon Street). The existing surface parking spaces are planned to be removed and used as a construction staging area for the parking structure as shown on plans approved in Jan 2016. The project modification is the re-establishment of parking spaces in this area following construction staging. In addition, a blade sign on each of the two parking structure elevator towers is proposed. The plans approved in Jan 2016 included a conceptual rendering of the proposed blade signs, but additional detail is now known and is reflected in the addendum.
