Document Description
A Zone Change for the property at 130 N. Lemon Street, changing site zoning from Public Institiion-Specific Plan (PI-SP) to Old Towne Mixed Use (15 du/acre)- Specific Plan (OTMU-15 (SP)). The Zone Change will bring site zoning into conformance with the site's existing General Plan land use designation. The Zone Change is part of the City's approval of the Metrolink Parking Structure Project which allows for construction of a new parking structure at the northwest corner of Chapman Ave at Lemon St in Orange. The proposed structure would provide 611 parking spaces on five levels (two levels below grade, one at grade, and two above grade). 500 parking spaces would be for transit users along with 111 general uses spaces.
