Document Description
Anthem Memory Care is proposing to develop and operate a dementia care community facility with a 41,606 sf single-story building on a 3.6 (gross)/3.33 (net) acre parcel of the 5.93 (gross) / 5.40 (net) acre site. The building design will include a 66-unit (82 bed) dementia care community facility. Sixteen of the units will be doubled occupancy.
The community will serve and care for the residents on a 24-hour basis and will be staffed on a maximum basis by approximately 40 full-time equivalent employees. However at any given time there will not be more than 18-20 employees on site.
