Document Description
This plan provides an overview of bicycle and pedestrian travel, assesses current and future bicycle and pedestrian demand, and identifies needed bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure improvements in the Santa Barbara County region. This plan was prepared by the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments to meet the requirements of the Caltrans Commission's 2014 Active Transportation Program Guidelines, with input from member governments, advocacy groups, the public and various stakeholders.
