Document Description
The proposed project is a Tideland Use and Occupancy Permit (TUOP) to Chil Nae No dba The Tin Fish (Tenant) for their use of approximately 1,558 square feet located on the Imperial Beach Fishing Pier in the City of Imperial Beach. The area proposed for use under this TUOP will be used only and exclusively for the purpose of a 12-seat limited-service restaurant providing for related operations and businesses, including the sale of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, sale of bait and fishing equipment, rental of fishing equipment, sale of gift items, live music, dancing and entertainment, and for use of passenger carts to transport customers to and from the foot of the Imperial Beach Fishing Pier, as well as installation of telecommunications equipment with prior written District approval and for no other purposes whatsoever.
