Document Description
CDFw has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2011-0262-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. R. Stuart Bewley. Project has seven Points of Diversion )POD) for vineyard uses of which, six are on stream reservoirs. The PODs are an intake on the mainstem of the Mud Springs Creek; Reservoir Nos. 1, Lower Forest Range Reservoir and Upper Forest Range Reservoir are on unnamed tributaries to Little Mud Springs Creek and Reservoir Nos. 2, 3, and 4 are on an unnamed tributary to Ten Mile Creek. The PODs and Place of Use are associated Water Right Licenses L009616 and L009617 and Permit P020916. Permittee may move the Mud Springs POD upstream above the limit of anadromy during the life of this Agreement.
