Document Description
Project implements road maintenance activities on 19.74 miles of U.S. Forest Service roads within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. The TCRCD manually clears encroaching brush along OHV designated routes to provide OHV access. Signage is installed to identify OHV routes. Barriers are created as needed to obstruct prohibited OHV activity. Barriers are constructed from large rocks, logs, and earthen berms and/or vegetation generated from road decommissioning activities (independent project). Sign posts and markers are reused if applicable.
