Workman Ave., West Covina, CA 91791, Sierra Vista Middle School 777 Puente Ave., Covina, CA 91723, Covina High School 645 S. Barranca Street, West Covina, CA 91791, Covina Education Center 160 N. Barranca Ave., CA 91723, Valencia Education Center 758 W. Grondahl St., Covina CA 91722 ("Property"). The proposed project will occur upon the existing schools premises and will not involve the acquisition of real property. The proposed project includes the exterior and other related improvements and will involve negligible or no expansion of size or use of the facilities and will not physically alter the exteriors of the existing facilities.
