Project is limited to the hand removal of approx. 240 sq. ft. of blackberry growning in the stream channel, as well as minor trimming of low-growing willows within the channel, followed by grading of the stream bank to a stable slope and dredging of the channel bottom to increase capacity. Issuance of a Lakebed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0120-R3 is pursuant ot Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
