Document Description
Conduct a soils investigation around the proposed Angel Island Cabin Site roe record the soils conditions discovered for future analysis and construction work. Work will perform six exploratory borings with a truck-mounted drill rig equipped with hollow-stem auger drilling equipment. Each hole will be 3" in diameter and range from 10-20 feet in depth. The Cabin project itself will be subject to further review under CQA. The holes will be backfilled with soil cuttings and any excess soil cuttings will be spread in adjacent undeveloped areas away from the waterways.
