Document Description
Project is limited to installing a new sewer lateral to connect a residence to the municipal sewer system and then abandoning the existing septic system. Approx. 276 feet of 4-inch diameter PVC pipe will be installed between the residence and municipal sewer main line. The sewer lateral will be installed underneath a stream via horizontal directional drilling Issuance of a Lakebed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0087-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
