Document Description
On April 24, 2015, DHF submitted a permit modification to DTSC requesting authorization to modify the Closure Plan to allow three Units to be decontaminated and shipped to their New Mexico facility for reuse in precious metal recovery operations. The purpose of the closure of these units is that DHF has decided to relocation the precious metal recovery operations to New Mexico.
