Document Description
This project includes field demonstration of an advanced low NOx ribbon burner combination system at an existing commercial bakery. Project activities will be performed under exisitng host site permits and evaluated by an independent Measurement and Verifications (M&V) vendor. A ribbon burner combustion system is a traditional heating or flame treatment system that is widely employed across the California industrial market, ranging from pita bread ovens to plastic thermoforming. The project activities include engineering modifications of the exisitng gas-fired combustion system, replacement of burners as needed, and changes air manifolds and mixing devices for air/stack gas mixing.
